Coffee is a relatively seasonal crop and tastes great when the greens are fresh (roasted 6-12 months after processing). I’ve always been curious about the “current” and “upcoming” crops we can anticipate finding in stock. I think it’d be fun to buy the same producer year over year from different roasters and compare the final cups
